MANGO MARTINI
The Mango Martini recipe is sweet tart and fruity! This tasty cocktail pairs the tropical fruit with vodka and orange liqueur.

Steps:
- Place granulated sugar in a single layer on a plate. Cut a notch in a lime wedge and run it around the rum of the glass to wet it. Then roll the rim in the sugar until evenly coated.
- Place the mango puree, vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into the prepared martini glass.
MANGO-TINI
My landlord shared a similar drink to this with my husband and I then a bartender at our Elks club told me how to tweak it a bit. Refreshing on a hot summer day.
