- Combine ingredients in the body of a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher, wash out the blender and repeat for mango margaritas.
- Combine ingredients in the body of a blender and pulse until smooth. Fill each glass with half of the raspberry mix, then top with half of the mango mix. Serve at once!

- In a blender, combine frozen raspberries, lemon juice, tequila, Gran Marnier, Chambord and ice and blend until smooth. Pour sugar onto a small plate. Wet the rim of 4 margarita glasses. Dip the rim in the sugar. Pour the raspberry margaritas into the prepared glasses.

- Combine the cream, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until double in volume, about 4 minutes.
- Spread a scant 2 cups of cream in an 8-inch square baking dish, followed by 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs and a third of the mangoes. Continue alternating layers for a total of 9 layers, ending with mango. Chill at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
