1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup chambord (or another raspberry liqueur)
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar (optional, for a sweeter drink)
2 cups ice (hearty cups!)
2 cups frozen mango
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec
1 tablespoon confectioners sugar (optional, for a sweeter margarita)
2 cups crushed ice

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in the body of a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher, wash out the blender and repeat for mango margaritas.
  • Combine ingredients in the body of a blender and pulse until smooth. Fill each glass with half of the raspberry mix, then top with half of the mango mix. Serve at once!

4 cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 ounces tequila
2 ounces Gran Marnier
3 ounces Chambord
2 cups ice
Whole, fresh raspberries, for garnish
1 cup sugar, for glasses

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine frozen raspberries, lemon juice, tequila, Gran Marnier, Chambord and ice and blend until smooth. Pour sugar onto a small plate. Wet the rim of 4 margarita glasses. Dip the rim in the sugar. Pour the raspberry margaritas into the prepared glasses.

2 cups heavy cream
One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (from a 9-ounce package)
3 ripe mangoes, diced

Steps:

  • Combine the cream, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until double in volume, about 4 minutes.
  • Spread a scant 2 cups of cream in an 8-inch square baking dish, followed by 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs and a third of the mangoes. Continue alternating layers for a total of 9 layers, ending with mango. Chill at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
