TURKEY BURGER WITH MANGO CHUTNEY
Juicy turkey burgers are made even more tasty with the addition of mango chutney. It takes a boring turkey burger and turns it into something out-of-this-world amazing! A little sweet, a little spicy and totally delicious!

Steps:
- Mix ingredients: Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl and use your hands to mix until well incorporated. Shape into 4 patties, put them on a plate and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cook: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Spray cooking oil onto the pan and place the patties in the pan. Cook 8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F using a digital food thermometer.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

CURRY TURKEY BURGERS
Looking for something a bit different from your ordinary beef burger? Give lean ground turkey burgers a pop of flavor by adding curry powder and mango chutney. We enjoy ours on a sesame seed bun with leaf lettuce, Sriracha mayo, and occasionally, a slice of onion.

Steps:
- Combine ground turkey, mango chutney, bread crumbs, dried onion, curry powder, ginger, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl; mix well. Quarter the mixture, and shape into patties about 1/2-inch thick.
- Move patties to the freezer for 20 minutes to help them hold their shape better on the grill and not fall apart.
- Prepare an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
- Cook turkey burgers on the preheated grill over direct heat until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 4 to 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve immediately.

MANGO CHUTNEY AND HAVARTI TURKEY BURGERS
A sophisticated Turkey Burger. The flavours of Mango Chutney and Havarti go really well with Turkey. The sauteed onions and garlic just take this burger to the next level.

Steps:
- Sautee onions in pan with butter over med-low heat, until carmelized (golden brown).
- Add garlic to onions about half way through cooking.
- Mix all wet ingredients & seasonings with turkey (use your hands).
- Add onions & garlic with a fork (mixture will cool them down).
- Add breadcrumbs and mix throughly (use hands again).
- Add egg, mix.
- Add cubes of havarti or wait until patties are formed and then insert them.
- Make balls smaller than tennis ball, bigger then golf ball.
- Press in to patties (add cheese if you haven't already).
- Grill on oiled grill of BBQ or on non-stick indoor grill.
- Serve on kaiser, foccacia or onion buns.
- I top with honey mustard.
