MANDARIN TUNA CASSEROLE
A great little tuna casserole jazzed up with cashews, chow mein noodles and Mandarin orange sections!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a heated pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté green onions for 1 minute.
- Add celery and continue sautéing for 3 minutes.
- Add soup, half of the chow mein noodles, tuna, cashews and water; mix well.
- Spoon into an 8-inch baking dish and sprinkle remaining noodles on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
- Garnish with Mandarin orange sections.

I found this in a box of recipes at my great aunt's house. Don't be afraid of the mish mashb of ingedients they all come togther at the end!

Steps:
- Add everything together in a bowl except the noodles, this can be done hours in advance. When you're ready to start making dinner follow the directions on the package of noodles. Once they are cooked add them to your bowl of everything else and stir the noodles so that they are well covered. Place into an 8x10 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
