BOURBON SHRIMP
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together bourbon, water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic cloves, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook just until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add sauce mixture to the pan and cook until thickened. Return shrimp to pan, remove from heat and stir to coat the shrimp in sauce.
- Sprinkle the green onions on top.

MAKER'S MARK BOURBON CHICKEN
Steps:
- Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, bourbon, brown sugar, scallion, ginger, and garlic together. Add the chicken and let marinate overnight.
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Add the chicken and marinade to a baking pan. Bake 30 minutes.
- Cook the noodles according to package directions. Serve the chicken over the noodles and garnish with cilantro

Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.
- Place the sesame oil in wok or large skillet. Add the chicken and cook until brown. Add the white and light green parts of the scallion, ginger, baby broccoli, and mushrooms. Stir fry until mushrooms are browned and broccoli softened. Add the carrots and whiskey and cook until whiskey has evaporated. Add the sauce and noodles. Cook until everything is warmed through.
- Garnish with the dark green parts of the scallions
