3 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
4 env. (1/4 oz. each) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1 qt. (4 cups) boiling water

Steps:

  • Combine first 2 ingredients in large bowl. Add boiling water; stir until completely dissolved.
  • Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm before cutting into small squares.

3 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1 tub (16 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
  • Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. (Gelatin mixture will be thin.)
  • Pour into 10 glasses or dessert dishes, 1-1/2-qt. bowl or 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours or until firm. If using mold, unmold dessert onto serving plate just before serving.

This is the best finger gelatin recipe. I've been making it for many years. It's simple to make, and kids love it! You can be very creative for parties or events by using cookie cutters to cut the gelatin. Enjoy! Use your favorite flavor of gelatin mix.

5 (.25 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin (such as Knox ®)
2 ½ cups cold water
2 (6 ounce) packages fruit-flavored Jell-O® mix
1 cup white sugar
2 cups hot water
1 cup cold water

Steps:

  • Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 2 1/2 cups cold water in a bowl.
  • Combine the fruit-flavored gelatin, sugar, and hot water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir the unflavored gelatin mixture into the boiling mixture; cook and stir until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir 1 cup cold water into the gelatin mixture; pour into a 13x9-inch dish.
  • Refrigerate until the gelatin is firm, about 3 hours; cut into squares to serve.
