I got this recipe from Peace Love and BBQ. I Sprinkle this *Dust* On french Fries, Chicken, BBQ Ribs, Corn on the Cob....This is a Good Mix of Spices :)

- 1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND STORE IN A TIGHTLY COVERED CONTAINER. I put mine in a old Salt shaker and keep it by my Stove. Of course when BBQ time comes it is always out by the Grill. It keeps indefinitely but it doesn't last long at my cookouts.
MAGIC (BARBECUE) DUST
From "Peace, Love and Barbecue" Cookbook. To make it a little more hot and spicy, increase the mustard powder and black pepper to 1/4 cup each. Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container. You'll want to keep some in a shaker next to the grill or stove. Keeps indefinitely but won't last long

SMOKY GRILLED PORK STEAKS WITH "MAGIC DUST"

- For magic dust:
- Mix ingredients in jar; seal.
- Do ahead: Can be made 2 months ahead. Store at room temperature.
- For barbecue sauce:
- Heat large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add bacon and sauté until golden, about 4 minutes. Add onion, apple, and garlic. Sauté 4 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer until sauce begins to thicken, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Cool. Transfer to bowl, cover, and chill.
- Do ahead: Can be made 1 week ahead. Keep chilled.
- For pork:
- Sprinkle magic dust over both sides of steaks, about 1 1/2 tablespoons for each steak. Transfer to platter; cover and chill overnight.
- For final grilling:
- Transfer pork to clean platter. Thickly coat 1 side with sauce; sprinkle lightly with magic dust.
- Do ahead: Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate.
- Remove pans from barbecue and prepare charcoal grills with fresh coals (medium heat), or heat gas grills to medium heat. Place pork on grill, sauce side up. Grill until heated through and sauce begins to caramelize, occasionally turning and brushing with more sauce, about 8 minutes. Slice pork and serve.

- Mix all ingredients in jar; seal. Store at room temperature for up to 2 months. To use, sprinkle magic dust over both sides of pork steak, ribs, etc. (about 1 1/2 tablespoons per steak). Transfer to platter; cover and chill overnight. To grill, Coat 1 side of meat with barbeque sauce then sprinkle lightly with magic dust. Place on heated grill, sauce side up first.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and gently whisk together. Using a funnel, spoon the mixture into 4oz mason jars. Cover and seal.
- Rub steaks with Olive Oil then, generously coat with Magic Dust Seasoning. Marinate 1 hour before grilling.
