CHICKEN CAESAR MACARONI SALAD
Give me a Caesar salad anytime, no matter what form it's in. I like to add some chicken and artichokes to make this Caesar macaroni salad a little more hearty. -Shawn Barto, Palmetto, Florida

Steps:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Cool completely., For dressing, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, dressing mix, sugar, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine chicken, artichokes, Parmesan, capers and macaroni. Add dressing and toss gently to coat. , Refrigerate until serving. Top with croutons and additional capers if desired.

MACARONI CAESAR SALAD
This salad takes everything from a Caesar salad.. but take away some of the lettuce and add macaroni, and you have a whole new dish! You can add any noodle you desire! It is very delicious and easy to make.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- At the same time, Place eggs in a saucepan and fill with enough cold water to cover. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat once boiling, and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop.
- Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat or cook in the microwave on a paper towel lined plate until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce and macaroni. Stir in the eggs, bacon, Caesar dressing and croutons. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.

TUNA/MACARONI CAESAR SALAD
Steps:
- Cook pasta until it is al dente. Strain and allow to cool.
- Drain tuna. Add Kraft Caesar Salad Dressing to the pasta. Add chopped pimiento or black olives. Add tuna. Blend. Allow to chill for several hours.
- Serve on bed of lettuce, garnished with celery, finely sliced tomatoes, and cheese.
