Lychee liqueur is made from the small, sweet Asian fruit. It adds an exotic and refreshing taste to a tropical martini. The Lychee Lady, is served at the Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa on the Tahitian island of Moorea. This recipe has been posted here for the ZWT-7 tour of the South Pacific.

LYCHEE LADY
Steps:
- 1. Muddle the lychee and the strawberry in the bottom of the mixing glass with half of the tea. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. 3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and float a thin wheel of English cucumber on top of the drink.
