LOW FAT PARTY MIX
Finally! A way to get the seasoning to stick to the good stuff without all that butter. You can adapt the seasonings to your liking--I always add some garlic powder.

Steps:
- In large pan, mix the wheat chex, corn chex, cheerios, and pretzels. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat your egg whites til foamy. Then add Worcestershire sauce and season salt. Mix well.
- Pour egg white mixture over cereal mixture. Stir well.
- Then lightly spray the cereal mixture with BUTTER FLAVORED NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY, stirring well.
- Place on cookie sheet and put in warm oven (250°F) for 1 1/2 hours
- Stir every 30 minutes.
- When done, take out and spread on paper towels. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
- Store in an airtight container.

- In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips; set aside. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in seasonings. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
- Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.

- In a large bowl, combine the cereals, peanuts and pretzels. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat., Transfer to two 15x10x1-in. baking pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely in pans on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
