1/2 cup lemon juice (REALEMON)
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip Free
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Stir together condensed milk and lemon juice.
  • Add drained oranges and 3/4 of the whipped topping.
  • Mix together until creamy and pour into pie crust.
  • Top with remaining cool whip.
  • Refrigerate.

1 can(s) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
8 oz fat-free sour cream
8 oz container cool whip free
2 can(s) mandarin oranges, well-drained (11-oz cans)
1/4 c tang orange drink mix
2 reduced fat graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first 5 ingredients, reserving some of the mandarin oranges to decorate top of pie, if desired.
  • 2. Spread mixture into (2) graham cracker crust & decorate with reserved mandarin oranges.
