LOW FAT CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES
These are full of rich chocolate flavor and only 180 calories and 4 grams of fat for a good size brownie. Typically a regular Brownie has about 11 grams of fat per brownie. If you have a craving for something sweet. Grab one of these with out sabotaging your diet. You won't even know they are low fat. They are very chocolaty....

Steps:
- 1. heat oven to 350 degree's Spray an 8x8 pan with vegetable oil spray
- 2. Beat the butter,sugar,egg,apple sauce,and vanilla together. Slowly add the cocoa and flour a little at a time. Beat on low speed until mixed well.
- 3. Pour in to prepared pan,Add one walnut per brownie on top of batter. Push in slightly, if desired. Bake about 25 minutes,or until pick comes out moist but not wet.
- 4. Note: cut in to 9 equal pieces at 4 grams of fat each,or cut in to 18 pieces for 2 grams of fat each

- Mix the cocoa and water together in a heatproof bowl.
- Add the egg whites and vanilla and mix well.
- Separately stir together the flour, Splenda, baking powder and salt.
- Add the powder mix to the cocoa mixture and combine the two together.
- Pour into the cake tin and bake for approx 20-25 minutes.
