KETO ROOT BEER FLOAT
This keto root beer float is delicious and so much fun to make! You can also substitute your favorite flavor of keto soda and have an awesome low carb float any time you'd like!

Steps:
- 1. Place medium mixing bowl and beaters in freezer 20 minutes prior to using. 2. Line the bottom of an 11x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside. 3. Add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to chilled mixing bowl. 4. Beat mixture until heavy peaks form. Drop heavy cream mixture in 2 tablespoon dollops onto prepared baking dish. Freeze for 1-2 hours. 5. Pour 12 ounces of root beer into a large glass. Add 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream and stir. Add a 2 tablespoon dollop of frozen whipped cream mixture on top of root beer. 6. Serve immediately.
