1 cup ice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored vodka
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger peach schnapps
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
⅓ tablespoon lemon-lime soda
1 slice fresh lime

Steps:

  • Combine ice, vodka, schnapps, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice in shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Pour into martini glass, top with a splash of chilled lemon-lime soda, and garnish glass with a slice of fresh lime.

2 ounces pomegranate juice
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1/2 ounce club soda
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Pomegranate seeds
Lemon zest strips, optional

Steps:

  • Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add pomegranate juice, vodka, triple sec, club soda and lemon juice. Cover and shake 10-15 seconds or until condensation forms on outside of shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add pomegranate seeds and lemon zest.

3 ounces skyy citrus-infused vodka (or 3 ounches citrus vodka of your choosing)
3 ounces pom brand pomegranate juice
lemon rind (to garnish)
ice

Steps:

  • Place 2 martini glasses in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  • You may also fill the glass with ice and a little water for fast chilling.
  • Meanwhile, put some ice in a cocktail shaker and add the liquor and juice.
  • Shake thoroughly and pour into chilled martini glasses, leaving the ice in the shaker.
