BEST MARINARA SAUCE YET
This is a very easy homemade red sauce, and the only one my 5 year old daughter will eat! Serve with your favorite pasta.

Steps:
- In a food processor place Italian tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- In a large skillet over medium heat saute the finely chopped onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the blended tomato sauce and white wine.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Steps:
- Add olive oil to a large pot over med-high heat.
- Add in the garlic; stir/saute until the garlic is lightly golden.
- Add in the tomatoes w/ liquid--squeeze the tomatoes with your hands to break them up as you drop them into the pot.
- Add in the water, basil, parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.
- Serve right away or freeze for later use.

- Cook pasta according to package directions using 1/2 t.
- salt; drain.
- Cook garlic in oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; pour over pasta, and sprinkle with pepper, tossing gently.
- Serve with marinara sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
