1 skinless, boneless chicken breast half
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
½ teaspoon dried basil
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Place the chicken breast in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until no longer pink, about 20 minutes. Drain and cool slightly, then cut into strips.
  • Meanwhile, in a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with garlic, onion and basil. Pour into a chilled dish to cool, and refrigerate until set.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough, place onto a pizza pan or other baking sheet, and spread the herb butter over the surface using the back of a spoon. Arrange chicken on top, then dot with ricotta cheese. Top with tomato slices, cilantro and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until crust is browned and center is cooked through.

1 ¼ teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons vegetable oil
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 tablespoons cornmeal
1 cup roasted garlic and parmesan cheese sauce
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
10 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
¼ red onion, sliced
1 tomato, cut into thin wedges
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced

Steps:

  • Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.
  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C). Sprinkle a large pizza pan with cornmeal. Roll or pat dough out on a lightly floured surface until it is the diameter of the pizza pan; place on pan.
  • Spread dough with sauce, then sprinkle with garlic. Cover with cheese. On top of the pizza, arrange chicken, green pepper, onion and tomato.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until dough is baked, cheese is melted and toppings are lightly browned.

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, well drained

1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
2 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken
1-1/3 cups crumbled goat cheese
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

3 to 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons quick-rise yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup olive oil

1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
GARLIC SAUCE/TOPPINGS:
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup julienned sweet red pepper
2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine 3 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In a saucepan, heat the buttermilk, oil, butter, honey and vinegar to 120°-130°. Add to the dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Add egg yolk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. 1 tablespoon dried oregano
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons cooking sake
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 pizza dough
1 cup mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/2 sliced red onion
2 chopped roma tomatoes
8 button mushrooms, sliced

Steps:

  • First cut chicken into bite size little pieces.
  • In a bowl with the chicken, add soy sauce, cooking sake, a clove of chopped garlic, black pepper and crushed red pepper. Stir to coat.

8 slices frozen garlic Texas toast, thawed
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1 teaspoon honey
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (I like Good & Gather here)
One 4-ounce can diced green chiles, drained
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Ranch dressing and cold beer, optional

Steps:

  • For the crust: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  • Arrange the slices of Texas toast in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinara, wing sauce and honey.
  • For the topping: In a medium bowl, toss together the chicken, chiles, blue cheese and wing sauce.
