A one pot meal that is easy to prepare. Great for busy weeknights when you don't want to spend a lot of time on dinner. This is a kid favorite in my house.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package Little Smokies sausages
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen cut green beans
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
  • Add enough water to just cover ingredients.
  • Over medium heat, cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Dump into large colander to remove any remaining water.
  • Serve and enjoy!

This meal only takes about 15 minutes to make and is a great mid week dinner for a family.

2 can(s) baked beans (bushes)
2 pkg lit'l smokies (beef)
1 pkg flour tortillas

Steps:

  • 1. Combine baked beans and lit"l smokies in a large pot and heat to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Warm flour tortillas in the microwave.
  • 3. Serve bowls of beans and smokies with tortillas on the side to wrap them in.
  • 4. Enjoy!
