- In a large container, dissolve sugar and gelatins in boiling water. Stir in the pineapple juice concentrate, lemon juice, drink mix and cold water. If desired, divide among smaller containers. Cover and freeze, stirring several times., Remove from freezer at least 1 hour before serving. Stir until mixture becomes slushy. Just before serving, place 9 cups slush mixture in a punch bowl; stir in 1 liter ginger ale. Repeat with remaining slush and ginger ale. If desired, garnish with lime slices.

I love Lemonade! I'm on the HCG diet and was missing it. This recipe does the trick with a kick of orange zest (0cals!). Be sure to use Stevia (the only HCG approved sweetner)

- 1. Peel your lemon, grate your orange, add water, cubes and stevia to your blender. THE WHOLE LEMON!
- 2. Blend till slushie, add as many cubes as needed to get your preferred slush.
- 3. You are allowed one lemon a day on the HCG diet! Modify by adding strawberries and/or fresh mint. Add vodka for happy hour! Super refreshing
