1 box lemon jello
1 box lime jello
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 c. cold water
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2-1 c. chopped nuts

Steps:

In a large bowl, mix both packages of jello with hot water; stir well. Beat in softened cream cheese (at low speed!). Add cold water and stir. Add pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, and mayonnaise; mix well. Sprinkle nuts on top and chill.

1 pkg lime jello
1 pkg lemon jello
2 can(s) pineapple drained
1 pt cottage cheese (16 oz.)
3/4 c eagle brand sweet milk (canned)
1 c salad dressing
1 tsp vinegar

Steps:

1. mix lime jello and lemon jello with 2 cups boiling water let cool
2. add vinegar, salad dressing and eagle brand sweet milk mix
3. add cottage cheese and pineapple mix
4. pour into a 9" x 12" cake pan. put in ice box to set up. To serve cut into squares and top with a dab of salad dressing. Enjoy!

1 (6 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin or 1 (6 ounce) package lime Jell-O gelatin
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (not fat free)
1/2 cup nuts
1 (11 ounce) can 7-up or 1 (11 ounce) can carbonated lemon-lime beverage
1 cup water, boiling
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

Steps:

Dissolve the jello in the hot water and then cream the cheese into it using a mixer, until smooth.
Stir in the pineapple and nuts.
Stir in the Sprite.
Pour in a mold and chill.

This is a great jello salad that my grandmother made one year for Thanksgiving. We have made it many times since then and it is always enjoyed by everyone. The list of ingredients may sound strange, but it truly is a great tasting little dessert. Light and sweet and fruity !

1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package lime Jell-O gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 (24 ounce) carton cottage cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

Mix the 2 packages of jello with the 2 cups boiling water. Stir to dissolve well.
Add the cold water and chill the jello until it is just slightly thick.
Stir in all remaining ingredients and chill until completely set.
Serve and enjoy!
