1 cup lemon low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
Pasta Salad:
2 to 2½ cups (4 ounces) uncooked bow-tie pasta
1 can (10 ounces) premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
1 can (8 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup sliced celery

Steps:

  • Preparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes Cook Time: Approximately 20 minutes Preparation: For the Dressing: Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and poppy seeds in a small mixing bowl; mix well. 2 cups uncooked rotini or bowtie pasta
1 cup lemon yogurt
1/3 cup mayo
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsb chicken flavored boullion
1 can chunk chicken breast
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup sliced celery

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to directions, drain and rinse under cold water. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayo, lemon juice and bouillion. In large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, grapes, onions and celery. Add dressing, toss to coat. Cover and chill before serving
