One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 lime, zested and juiced
One 8-ounce carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Vanilla wafer cookies, for serving

Steps:

  • Put the sweetened condensed milk, strawberries, sugar and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and well mixed. Transfer to a bowl. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the lime zest and thawed frozen whipped topping until thoroughly combined.
  • Scoop into 6 pretty glasses and add a vanilla wafer to each serving.

1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
MIDDLE LAYER:
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
TOP LAYER:
1 package (6 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
3 to 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish coated with cooking spray; refrigerate until set., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat cream (do not boil). Add softened gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool to room temperature. , In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add the unflavored gelatin mixture; mix well. Carefully pour over the bottom layer. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. , For top layer, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Cool to room temperature. Stir in strawberries; carefully spoon over middle layer. Refrigerate overnight.

Steps:

  • In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
  • Pour into a 13x9 glass dish and chill until set.
  • Meanwhile, place unflavored gelatin and cold water in a small bowl; let stand until softened.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat cream (do not boil). Add softened gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add the unflavored gelatin mixture, mix well.

1 package (6 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 cup sour cream
Optional: Leaf lettuce and fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Add strawberries and pineapple. Strain, reserving liquid and fruit. Set aside 1 cup of the liquid at room temperature. , Pour fruit and remaining liquid into a 5-cup ring mold or 9-in. square pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. , Whisk sour cream and reserved liquid; pour over top of gelatin. 1 cup sugar
1 pound frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Chilled sparkling rose, for serving

Steps:

  • Make a simple syrup: Add the sugar and 1 cup water to a small saucepan and heat over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Transfer to a container and allow to cool completely in the fridge, about 45 minutes.
  • Add the strawberries and lemon juice to a blender with the cold simple syrup; blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the seeds. Transfer to a pitcher and chill until ready to use.
  • To serve, add about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry puree to a champagne flute and top off with the chilled rose.

BERRY LAYER:

  • Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; stir in pineapple juice. Stir in pineapple. Pour into an 11x7-in. dish; refrigerate until set., In a small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Transfer to a small bowl. Beat in cream cheese and milk until smooth. Spread over lime layer; refrigerate until set., Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water; stir in cranberry sauce. Cool for 10 minutes. Carefully spoon over cream cheese layer. This colorful salad with its red and green layers is fun to serve for a festive dinner or brunch. It's been my family's favorite for many years- everyone loves the Jell-O and cream cheese combination. It goes with all kinds of entrees.

1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
3 cups boiling water, divided
1 can (29 ounces) sliced pears, undrained
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed and softened
1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • In a bowl, dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Drain pears, reserving 1 cup juice (discard remaining juice or save for another use). Stir pears and reserved juice into cherry gelatin. Pour into a 10-in. fluted tube pan or 3-qt. ring mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until nearly set, about 1-1/4 hours., In a bowl, dissolve the lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; refrigerate until slightly thickened. Beat in the cream cheese until blended. 3/4 cup butter, melted

1 cup sugar
TOPPING:
2 packages (3 ounces each) strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
Optional: Additional whipped topping and pretzels

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. , For filling, in a small bowl, beat whipped topping, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over pretzel crust. Refrigerate until chilled. , For topping, dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in sweetened strawberries; chill until partially set. Carefully spoon over filling.
