3 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups sugar
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips
FILLING:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 tablespoons 2% milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, butter and vanilla until smooth. Whisk together the dry ingredients; gradually add to egg mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside 1 cup for topping. Spread remaining batter into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. , In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and milk on low just until combined. Carefully spread over batter. Drop reserved batter by tablespoonfuls over filling. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl. , Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack. Chill until serving.

These are brownies with layers of peanut butter and frosting that my mother used to make me as a child. Chocolate and peanut butter lovers will go crazy!

1 cup butter
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups white sugar
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter
½ cup butter
⅓ cup milk
10 large marshmallows
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10x15-inch jellyroll pan.
  • Melt 1 cup butter and 1/3 cup cocoa powder together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring often, until smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Combine white sugar, flour, and salt together in a large bowl; add chocolate mixture. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared jellyroll pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges begin to become crisp, about 20 minutes.
  • Warm peanut butter in microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring once. Spread over warm brownies. Chill brownies in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Heat 1/2 cup butter, milk, and marshmallows in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, until marshmallows are melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; whisk in 1/4 cup cocoa. Gradually stir confectioners' sugar into marshmallow mixture until smooth. Spread frosting over peanut butter layer of brownies. Chill in refrigerator until set, about 20 minutes.

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons room temperature butter
4 ounces semisweet chocolate
1/4-1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Brownie Layer.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Microwave unsweetened chocolate with 3/4 butter on high for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
  • Stir granulated sugar into melted chocolate.
  • Mix in eggs and 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; blend well.
  • Stir in flour and walnuts.
  • Spread into 13x9-inch greased pan.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
  • DO NOT OVER BAKE.
  • Cool.
  • Peanut butter layer:.
  • Mix peanut butter, 3 tablespoons butter, powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in another bowl.
  • Blend till smooth, adding up to 1/4 cup of milk to make it a nice spreading consistency.( You may need more milk to make it spreadable, this part can be a little difficult, if the peanut butter does not spread easily, make sure you dip your spatula in water. Sometimes I even have to sprinkle alittle water on top of the peanut butter to smooth).
  • Spread over the cooled brownies.
  • Top Layer:.
  • Microwave semisweet chocolate for 1 1/2 minutes with the 1/4 cup butter.
  • Stir till smooth.
  • Spread over peanut butter layer.
  • Cool until set.

1/3 cup 2% milk
10 large marshmallows
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup butter; stir in 1/2 cup cocoa until smooth. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until blended. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Beat in cocoa mixture., Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 18-22 minutes. 2 stick cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped salted peanuts
FOR PEANUT BUTTER LAYER:
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
FOR THE CHOCOLATE LAYER:
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), finely chopped
4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • *Make brownie layer: Preheat oven to 350 degree and butter and flour a 13 X 9 inch nonstick metal baking pan. Melt chocolate and butter in a large heat proof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth., Remove bowl from pan and stir in sugars and vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time, stirring vigorously after each addition, until combined well. Add flour and slat and stir until just combined. 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (do not thaw)
5 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Steps:

  • PREPARE and bake brownies in 13×9-inch pan as directed on package.
  • BEAT pudding mix and milk with whisk for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until brownies are done.
  • WITH 3-5 minutes of brownie cooking time left, put chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat in 20 second intervals until chocolate is melted.
  • ADD COOL WHIP to chocolate and mix well. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Spread peanut butter & pudding mix over brownies.

1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1 cup flour
1 cup creamy peanut butter (at room temperature)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; grease foil. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add granulated sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and 1 tsp. of the vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread into prepared pan.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pan on wire rack.
