Steps:
- Grease a large cookie sheet; set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat 1 cup chocolate chips, the unsweetened chocolate, and butter until melted, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; add in eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, and baking powder; beat with a wooden spoon until combined.
- Stir in remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm and surfaces are dull and crackled.
- Transfer cookies to a wire rack and cool.
- To store: place in layers separated by waxed paper in an airtight container; cover; store at room temperature up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.

- Cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, soda, cocoa powder, salt.
- Slowly beat into creamed mixture.
- Stir in candy and choc. chips.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 350°F till set but still very soft. 10 - 12 minutes. Cookies will firm as they cool.

- Line an 8 inch baking pan with foil.
- Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil, stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla extract.
- Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift from pan and remove foil.
- Cut into pieces.
