1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter

Steps:

  • Melt butter in microwave and pour in greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Combine other ingredients & beat well.
  • Poor into pan, stirring into melted butter with fork.
  • Bake @ 400 for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.

3 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, flour and salt.
  • Add eggs and milk. Beat with electric mixer (this works well in Kitchen Aid) until well blended.
  • Melt butter in jelly roll pan (in oven).
  • Pour batter in pan and bake for 30 minutes. Pancake will puff up and then flatten as it cools.
  • Serve with syrup, jam, honey or fresh fruit.

½ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C)
  • In a medium bowl stir together sugar, flour, and salt. Add eggs and milk. Beat with an electric mixer until blended. Batter will be very thin. Melt butter in the baking pan. Turn the pan to be sure all of the sides are coated then stir the remaining butter into the batter.
  • Pour batter into the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. It will puff up when baking, and flatten when cool.Cut into squares and serve.
