I finally found the answer to getting my 4 year old daughter to eat broccoli, with my kids you can never go wrong with cheese. This recipe came from Food & family a free magazine from Kraft.

Steps:
- Heat oil in large skillet on med-high heat.
- Add chicken, cook 7 minutes. turning after 3 1/2 minutes. Add broccoli, stir. Stir in soup and velveeta until well blended. Reduce heat to med low and simmer 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice.

Steps:
- HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover skillet with lid. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
- REDUCE heat to medium. Add cream cheese, water, pesto and tomatoes to skillet. Cook, uncovered, 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- RETURN chicken to skillet. Cook and stir 1 minute or until chicken is coated and heated through. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

- 1. Mix chicken bouillon, water, carrots, celery, corn starch, and butter in medium saucepan. Simmer until thick.
- 2. Cook noodles in saucepan until done.
- 3. Drain noodles and mix with sauce. Salt to taste if desired. Enjoy.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and bring to medium heat.

- 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 minutes or until done (165 degrees F), turning after 4 minutes. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- 2. Add broccoli, soup and Velveeta; mix well. Simmer on medium heat for 7 minutes or until heated through and Velveeta is melted, stirring frequently.
- 3. Serve chicken and broccoli mixture over rice.
- 4. *Variation: Prepare using your favorite cream soup and frozen vegetable combination, such as mushroom soup and peas.
