2 (3.4 ounce) packages JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust
1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes, milk and juice with whisk 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups onto bottom of crust.
  • Whisk 1/2 the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding mixture; spread over pudding layer in crust. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

1 package (1 oz.) Sure.Jell No Cook Jam Pectin
3 tablespoons COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE DRINK MIX
1 cup boiling water
1 package (2.6 oz.) Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
1 package Jell-O Lemon & Pie Filling Instant Pudding (3.4 oz.)
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping Regular
1 package (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Original
1 Nilla Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1 package (12 oz.) Nilla Wafers

Steps:

  • Mix Jell-O Gelatin Mix, Sure.Jell, and COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE DRINK MIX in a large bowl. Stir in boiling water until completely dissolved. Add Dream Whip Whipped Topping mix, and Jell-O Pudding & Pie Filling. Beat with an electric mixer until completely smooth. Add Cool Whip Whipped Topping, and Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Beat with an electric mixer until completely smooth.
  • Pour into Nilla Pie Crust. Smooth out top of filling. Place Nilla Wafers on top of filling until completely covered.
  • Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
