- 1. In a 3-quart saucepan, heat sugar and corn syrup to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until blended. Stir in cereal. Cool slightly, 2 to 3 minutes. Lightly butter hands. Shape 1 to 2 Tablespoons cereal mixture into a ball around each candy. Immediately roll in cookie sprinkles. Place pretzel stick into each ball. --- Note: Can be spread into well buttered pan and pressed down to form bars.Cut when cool and eat.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, stir together cereal, pretzels and peanuts; set aside.
- In 1-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until well coated. Spread on ungreased large cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store in large food-storage plastic bag, reusable container, or pretty glass jar.
