8 medium kiwifruit, peeled, divided
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 liter carbonated water, chilled

Steps:

  • Slice two kiwi into small pieces. Place in ice cube trays and fill with water. Freeze., Cut remaining kiwi into large pieces; place in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Strain; discard pulp. In a 2-qt. pitcher, stir sugar and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved. Stir in kiwi puree. Refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Serve over kiwi ice cubes.

6 kiwi fruits
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 liter carbonated water, chilled

Steps:

  • Peel kiwi. Puree peeled fruit in blender container. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh wire strainer placed over a bowl. Discard seeds (some may remain).
  • In a large pitcher combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Stir in strained kiwi. Cover and chill.
  • Slowly add the chilled carbonated water just before serving. Stir.

  • Put strawberry puree in glass and then pour mixed drink on top.

4 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into fourths
1 tablespoon sugar
8 cups cubed seedless watermelon
2 cans (12 ounces each) frozen lemonade concentrate
4 cups water

Steps:

  • Place kiwifruit and sugar in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed just until smooth. Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
  • Place watermelon in blender or food processor (blender will be full until blended). Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Place frozen lemonade concentrate and water in large pitcher. Add watermelon mixture; mix well.
  • Pour watermelon lemonade into glasses. Spoon dollop of frozen kiwifruit on top. Serve immediately.

1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
3 kiwi fruits
2 -3 lemons
sparkling water

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, heat with with sugar over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in mint leaves. Let stand 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, peel kiwifruit and cut into chunks. Puree in food processor. Place puree in a pitcher. Strain cooled syrup into pitcher, pressing on mint, then discard leaves. Refrigerate until cold. Squeeze juice from 2 lemons. Stir into kiwifruit mixture. Taste, squeeze in juice from remaining lemon for a tarter lemonade. Pour into glasses. Top with sparkling water. Serve garnished with a slice of kiwifruit. Makes 2 1/4 cups without sparkling water - 4 glasses.
