AIR-FRYER CHICKEN WINGS

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 300°. In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, garlic salt, mustard, ginger, nutmeg, pepper, allspice, baking soda and cayenne., Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections. Add to bowl with spices and stir to coat. In batches, arrange wings in a single layer on tray in greased air-fryer basket. Cook 15 minutes. Increase temperature to 400°; cook until chicken juices run clear and they are golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Repeat with remaining wings. Serve hot with sauce if desired.

MY KIDS' FAVORITE WINGS
These are ooey, gooey and simply delicious! Friends of ours in Rhode Island first made them for us about 30 years ago and they have been a family favorite since.

Steps:
- Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly in large glass bowl.
- Add chicken wings making sure that mixture covers wings well.
- Store wings to marinate in refrigerator for up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before ready to serve and lay wings on cookie sheet that has been covered with heavy duty, Pam sprayed aluminum foil.
- Bake wings in 375 degree oven for approximately 1 hour depending on size of wings.
