KAISERSPRITZER

KaiserSpritzer image

A sparkling, refreshing drink. You can adjust the soda to wine ratio to taste, some prefer more soda in the summer for a lighter drink. To lower the alcohol content (and the cost) sub elderflower syup for the St-Germain, both are sweet and lightly floral (and delish!) so start with the lower amount and add more to taste.
