1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons white miso
2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup rice cooking wine (or mirin)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup peanut oil (vegetable oil is ok)
1/8 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix together. Store in an airtight container. The salad dressing stays fresh for about 1 week.

½ cup minced onion
½ cup peanut oil
⅓ cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
2 tablespoons minced celery
2 tablespoons ketchup
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the minced onion, peanut oil, rice vinegar, water, ginger, celery, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper . Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ingredients are well-pureed.

8 tablespoons butter
10 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon spanish paprika
1 tablespoon water
Ingredients below will be added when simmered down sauce is cool
1 pint of mayo
1 pint of water

Steps:

  • This recipe was cut down from restaurant portions, 10 gallon batches down to home use. Blend garlic and water for 1 min on high Put all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil then simmer for 3 hours Add mayo and water only after cooled down and ready to serve. Mix Well and add dash of Tabasco. or Divide portion (12 ounces in total) into four 1 pint containers. 6 tbsp into each then freeze for future use. When ready to use add 8 tbsp of water (maybe less) and 8 tbsp mayo and mix well 1 tablespoon is approx 49 calories, .08 carbs, 5 grams fat, 26.6 potassium, 2.5 mg Cholesterol, 71.2 mg sodium
