- In a large bowl combine the fruit and set aside.
- In another bowl whisk milk, orange juice concentrate and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Fold mixture into fruit and cover and refrigerate until serving.

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- Mix pineapple juice and dry instant vanilla pudding together and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Mix the pineapple, fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, bananas & marshmallows together.
- Gently fold in pudding mixture.
- Lastly, fold in cool whip.
- Cover and refrigerate.

I love to bring this salad to summer get togethers. The pudding makes it creamy and the blend of fruits are a tasty summer blend. You can't go wrong with this recipe! Time to make does not include the 1 hour chill time.

- Slice cherries in half and add to the other fruits.
- Add package of instant vanilla pudding.
- Mix well.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

- I have added blueberries and strawberries from time to time.
