JALAPENO POPPER & SAUSAGE DIP

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Using a slotted spoon, transfer sausage to a 3-qt. slow cooker., Stir in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, chilies and peppers. Cook, covered, on low 3-3-1/2 hours or until heated through. Stir before serving. Serve with vegetables.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook sausage, breaking the meat up with the back of a wooden spoon, in large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack, cheddar, jalapeños and garlic. Fold in cooked Jimmy Dean sausage. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a ball. Place biscuits around the edge of a cast-iron skillet, forming a ring. Brush biscuits with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse salt. Transfer cheese dip to the center of the skillet and smooth top. Sprinkle with more cheddar cheese. Bake until biscuits are golden and dip is warmed through and bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
