Steps:
- Toast hamburger bun.
- Start with bottom bun. Slather with mayo ( how much is dependent on personal taste.).
- Layer jalapeño, onion, and shredded lettuce.
- Add hamburger patty, and sliced cheese.
- Top with tomato, bacon, and top bun.

One of the first Low Carb Dinners I made. So full of flavor! I serviced it with Asparagus, baked in the over with little Oil, sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese & Garlic

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- 3. Line a baking sheet with foil. Divide meat into 6 balls. Form the ground beef into a bowl shape.
- 4. Cut jalapeno into pieces. Mix the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Divide into 6 portions and fill each burger bowl with the cream cheese mixture. (save some Bacon and Jalapenos if you desire to top this off after baking)
- 5. Bake for 30 minutes. Before serving top with additional 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, bacon or jalapenos (optional).

Steps:
- Remove seeds from jalapenos, cut up and sauté for 5 minutes; set aside.
- Finely chop three slices of KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese and mix with the cream cheese.
- Add jalapenos and three slices chopped bacon. Mix well and set aside.
- Form the eight burger portions into thin patties. Make sure they are similar in size.
- Distribute the jalapeno cheese mixture evenly over four burger patties. Use the remaining patties as tops. Mold together, making sure the edges are crimped tight.
- Cook on a hot grill. Make sure you don't flip them over too much. Try to cook one side completely before turning. When burgers are about ready, add another slice of Colby Jack cheese on top and let melt.
- Garnish burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, 2 slices of bacon and aioli.
- Note: Don't worry if a little stuffing escapes during the cooking process.
