- Cook pasta and set aside.
- Place onions, dill pickles, olives, water chestnuts, chives and peppers in a bowl.
- Add oil, vinegar and spices.
- Marinate for 15-20 minutes or so.
- Add pasta,tomatoes, meat and cheese and toss lightly.
- Serve cold.

- In a shallow bowl, flake the tuna. Add the artichoke hearts, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, garlic, celery, peppers, parsley, basil, lemon zest and juice and combine.
