3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans green beans, drained
8 medium red potatoes
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (2/3 ounce) packet italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray large rectangular baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Place chicken breasts down the middle baking pan.
  • Cut potatoes in half and place along one side of chicken.
  • Empty cans of green beans along other side of chicken.
  • Place sliced mushrooms on top of chicken.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning packet over green beans, chicken, mushrooms and potatoes.
  • Drizzle melted butter and drizzle over ingredients.
  • Cover pan with foil and bake for one hour.
  • This dish can be assembled ahead of time and kept refrigerated until ready to bake.

3 skinless chicken breasts cut in quarters
2 can(s) green beans (drained) or 2 heaping cups of fresh green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
6 large cut up red skin potatoes in quarters
1 pkg zesty Italian dressing mix,1.25 oz
1 stick melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. In a 9x13 pan, place cut chicken breasts in the center, green beans on one side and potatoes on the other.
  • 2. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over the top.
  • 3. Drizzle melted butter over it.
  • 4. Cover it with aluminum foil.
  • 5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
