2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa (Dutch process preferred)
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 pinch cayenne pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
  • To make, fill cup 1/4 to 1/2 full with mix and pour in hot water or warm milk.

6 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 (5 ounce) package chocolate pudding mix (use cook and serve not instant)
1 cup powdered instant chocolate drink mix (such as Nestle Nesquick)
1/2 cup french vanilla non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup sifted unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until use. For hot cocoa, dissolve 1/3-cup mix in 1 cup (or more to taste) boiling water
