1 package (14 to 16 oz) hot dogs, sliced 1/4 inch
1 can (15 to 16 oz) pork and beans, undrained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 can (10.2 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (5 Count)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. In medium saucepan, mix sliced hot dogs, pork and beans, onion, ketchup and brown sugar; mix well. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Spoon hot bean mixture into baking dish.
  • Separate dough into 5 biscuits; cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Arrange biscuits in single layer over hot bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 18 to 21 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and biscuits in center of baking dish are cooked through on bottom.

1/2 lb. hot dogs, cut into 1/4" pcs.
1/4 c. chopped onion, if desired
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400. Spray 9" glass pie plate w/ cooking spray. Layer hot dog pieces and onion in pie plate. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, & eggs in med. bowl w/ wire whisk or fork till blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 25-30 mins. or till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 mins. before serving. Serve w/ ketchup or mustard, if desired.

1/2 pound ground beef
4 hot dogs, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
1 can (16 ounces) baked beans
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
1 unbaked deep-dish pastry shell (9 inches)
4 slices American cheese

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the hot dogs, beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and cheese cubes. Cook and stir until cheese is melted., Meanwhile, prick pastry shell with a fork. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Fill with hot beef mixture. Cut each cheese slice into four strips; make a lattice topping over pie. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Place uncooked macaroni in pie plate. Sprinkle with 1 3/4 cups of the cheese.
