Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Grease 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.
- Stir Bisquick mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Garnish with tomato and bell pepper.

- 1. Heat oven to 400^. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham,cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean,35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
- Grease 10" pie plate.
- Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in plate.
- Place remaining ingredients in blender and beat on HIGH until smooth (about 15 seconds).
- Pour into plate.
- Bake at 400F (205C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- NOTE: High altitude adjust cooking time to 45 minutes.

IMPOSSIBLE HAM PIE
This was one of my "go to" recipes when I was first married. It was on the Bisquik box but was a recipe called Impossible Turkey Pie. I made some changes to suit my taste and it has been a "go to" recipe of mine since 1979!

Steps:
- 1. Heat over to 375 degrees F. Coat a 10-inch deep dish pie plate with cooking spray. Set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the ham, green pepper and onion. Transfer to prepared pie plate. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over ham mixture.
- 3. In a medium size bowl, combine the milk, baking mix and eggs. Beat with a wire whisk until foamy. Mixture will be lumpy.
- 4. Carefully pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie plate.
- 5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
- 6. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any leftovers.
IMPOSSIBLE HAM N SWISS PIE
This recipe is easy to make. They call it impossible pie because it makes its own crust. Was really doubtful when I fixed it the first time. Have run across many more recipes that are like this and I just love it.

"IMPOSSIBLE" HAM-AND-CHEESE PIE
Steps:
- 1. Adjust oven rack to lowest position and heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate with softened butter, then coat plate evenly with Parmesan. 2. Combine Gruyère, ham, and scallions in bowl. Sprinkle cheese-and-ham mixture evenly in bottom of prepared pie dish. Combine flour, baking powder, pepper, and salt in now-empty bowl. Whisk in half-and-half, eggs, melted butter, mustard, and nutmeg until smooth. Slowly pour batter over cheese-and-ham mixture in pie dish. 3. Bake until pie is light golden brown and filling is set, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Slice into wedges. Serve warm
CHEESY HAM AND VEGETABLE PIE [IMPOSSIBLE]
I HAVE MADE THIS [IMPOSSIBLE] PIE TWEAKING IT WITH DIFFERENT CHEESES, VEGETABLES, COOKED BACON OR HAM. QUICK TO MAKE. SERVE WITH A SMALL SALAD.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Lightly coat a 10" deep pie plate with cooking spray.
- 3. Layer the 1st four items listed in the order shown in your pie plate. [ use 1 cup of the cheese]
- 4. In a blender: Put the eggs, milk, bisquick and S & P, blend for about 20 seconds until smooth OR beat with a mixer for about a minute.
- 5. Pour this on top of your meat and vegetables.
- 6. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
- 7. Bake for 40- 50 minutes until the center comes out clean when inserting a knife. Top will be very dark before its done.
