1 lb ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
chopped green pepper
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
sliced ripe avocado

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  • Add the beans, onion and taco seasoning.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish; seal seams and preforations.
  • Spread beef mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice.

1 pound ground beef
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1/4 cup chopped onion

1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 to 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings: chopped green pepper, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and sliced ripe olives

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add beans, onion and taco seasoning. , Unroll crescent roll dough. Press onto bottom and up the sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; seal seams and perforations. , Spread beef mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheeses. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with toppings.

2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup cold water
1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
Additional salsa, if desired
Sour cream, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and cold water until soft dough forms. Press evenly in bottom of pan.
  • Spread beans over crust. In small bowl, stir together rice and 1/2 cup salsa. Spread evenly over beans. Top with cheese.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with lettuce, tomato and olives. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream.

2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans (15 ounces each) Ranch Style beans (pinto beans in seasoned tomato sauce)
1 bottle (16 ounces) taco sauce
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
1 can (3.8 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
12 flour tortillas (8 inches), halved
4 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in the beans, taco sauce, tomatoes, chilies and olives. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until slightly thickened., Spread 1 cup meat mixture in each of two greased 11x7-in. baking dishes. Layer with four tortilla halves, 1 cup meat mixture and 2/3 cup cheese. Repeat twice., Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months. Cover and bake the remaining casserole at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving., To use frozen casserole: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

1 1/2 lbs ground chicken or 1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 cup water
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, undrained
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
2 cups crushed corn flakes or 2 cups breadcrumbs, crushed to 3/4 c
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon margarine, melted
chili powder
salsa
sour cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat cook meat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in water, chilies & seasoning mix. Add cereal, stirring until well combined; set aside.
  • Roll bread dough into a 15x10-inch rectangular.
  • Spread 2 cups meat mixture in a 4-inch wide strip lengthwise down center of dough. Top with cheese. Cover with remaining meat.
  • Bring both sides of dough up over filling. Seal top & sides well. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Brush with margarine. Sprinkle with chili powder.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Slice & serve with salsa and sour cream.
  • Decorating tip: cut 1 inch strip from short side of dough: reserve.

2 tablespoons olive oil
½ large yellow onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (1 ounce) package burrito seasoning
1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 ounces sour cream
2 ½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 (8 ounce) jar salsa

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, 3 to 5 minutes. Add beef and increase heat to medium-high. Cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
  • Combine refried beans and burrito seasoning in a bowl and mix well. Add mixture to the beef in the skillet and stir well.
  • Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together in a bowl.
  • Place a layer of chips into the prepared casserole dish to just cover the bottom. Follow by 1/2 the meat mixture, 1/2 the soup mixture, 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, and 1/2 the salsa. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.

4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup salsa verde
1 (2 cup) package Mexican blend cheese
10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
2 (10 ounce) containers alfredo sauce, refrigerated style

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Place chicken, salsa verde and 1/2 cup of cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down middle of tortilla.
  • Fold one edge over and roll up.
  • Place, seam side down, in 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
  • Combine pasta sauce and remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese in mixing bowl.
