- Using electric mixer beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add cream, beating until combined.
- Fold cream cheese mixture and toblerone through the ice-cream.
- Transfer to air-tight container and freeze 4-5 hours.
- Serve with fresh berries.

Steps:
- Melt the chocolate
- Beat eggs and sugar good then add the vanilla
- Wip the heavy cream
- Pour the chocolate into the egg and sugar mix. Gently turn the wipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Make sure you get what is in the bottom of the bowl mixed too :-) Pour the final mixture into your preferred container and freeze for a min of 6 hours. Serve with fresh fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
