This yummy, chocolatey, peanut buttery, frozen layered ice cream treat is sure to be a hit with all! This is an often requested dessert in my house. Warning: It's VERY addictive!

24 frozen ice cream sandwiches, divided
1 (16 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter, divided
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
16 peanut butter cups, chopped, divided
1 (12 ounce) jar hot fudge ice cream topping, divided
1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping, divided

Steps:

  • Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with 12 ice cream sandwiches.
  • Open the jar of peanut butter, place into microwave oven, and microwave on low power for about 30 seconds at a time, until the peanut butter is warm and spreads easily. Spread half the peanut butter over the layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  • Mix the instant chocolate pudding mix into the whipped topping; spread half the mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  • Spread half the peanut butter cups over the whipped topping layer.
  • Remove tops of the hot fudge and caramel topping jars, and microwave on low power for about 10 seconds at a time just until the toppings are warmed and liquid. Drizzle half of the fudge and caramel sauces over the peanut butter cups.
  • Repeat the layers, starting with the remaining ice cream sandwiches, followed by remaining peanut butter, whipped topping mix, peanut butter cups, hot fudge sauce, and caramel sauce.
  • Freeze the dessert until solidly frozen, 1 to 2 hours.

1 vanilla pound cake or loaf cake
2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
Strawberry Sauce, recipe follows
2 1/2 cups chocolate rice puff cereal
1/2 cup grated white chocolate
3/4 cup strawberry preserves
Juice of 1 lemon
1 quart strawberries, hulled and halved (or quartered if they are large)

Steps:

  • Slice the cake from end to end (not side to side) into 8 long slices (about 1/4 inch thick).
  • Put 4 slices of the loaf cake on the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Spread half of the ice cream on top of the cake to form a smooth layer. Spread half of the Strawberry Sauce over the ice cream layer. Sprinkle the chocolate cereal over the sauce layer. Put the remaining pound cake slices over the cereal. Spread the remaining ice cream on top of the cake layer to form a smooth layer. Spread the remaining sauce over the ice cream layer. Sprinkling with the grated white chocolate. Cover with foil and freeze until the ice cream has hardened, 6 hours up to overnight.
  • In a medium pot, combine the strawberry preserves and lemon juice and gently mix. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, add half of the strawberries and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Let cool until warm. Add the remaining strawberries and gently fold to coat.

2 (36 ounce) packages mini ice cream sandwiches
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
1 (10 ounce) package mini candy-coated milk chocolate (such as M&M's®)
1 (8 ounce) package toffee baking bits (such as Heath®)
¼ cup chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's®), or to taste

Steps:

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with mini ice cream sandwiches. Spread 1 container of whipped topping over ice cream sandwiches. Sprinkle half of the milk chocolate pieces and toffee bits over whipped topping. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Repeat layers once more.
  • Serve or cover and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour or up to 2 weeks.

It was my job to make the dessert for my granddaughter's birthday. She loves ice cream sandwiches and peanut butter so this was a no-brainer. Little did I know how we would ALL love! it! Note that it makes a LOT. Cut it in half if you are serving less than 12 people. It's very rich (and oh SO sinful).

  • 7. NOTE: Use the smaller ice cream sandwiches. If you use something like Fat Boys they will be too large. I have used the mini peanut butter cups in this and also Reese's Pieces. They are less messy than cutting up the full-size bars.

2L of Ice Cream
2 Cups of Oreo Cookie Crumbs (bought)
1/4 cup of Caramel sauce
4 Skor Chocolate Bars

Steps:

  • 1) Line the bottom of Lasagna pan with Ice Cream Sandwiches (cutting if neccesary) 2) Whip ice cream to soften 3) Scoop 1L of Ice Cream over sandwich layer 4) Spread Oreo Crumbs over ice cream layer 5) Drizzle caramel to oreo crumbs 6) Spread remaining ice cream over crumbs 7) Blend skor bar into small pieces 8) Sprinkle Skor pieces over top 9) Finish with another drizzle of Caramel 10) Put into freezer foe 30mins to solidify.
