5-6 c uncooked wide egg noodles
1 c whipping cream
1 1/2 c julienned fully cooked ham
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c green onions thinly sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c butter

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile, in a skillrt over medium heat, Melt butter. Stir in cream, bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add ham, cheese, onions, salt anf pepper. Blend well. Heat through. Makes 4-6 servings.
