- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and Italian seasoning. Spread in an ungreased 9-in. microwave-safe pie plate. , Combine mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses; sprinkle half over the cream cheese. Top with the pizza sauce, remaining cheese mixture, green pepper and onion. , Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is almost melted, rotating a half-turn several times. - 1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
- 2. In a shallow 1 quart casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, pepperoni, and 3/4 of mozzarella cheese.
- 3. Sprinkle the top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- 4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- 5. Serve with sliced bread, I usually toast the bread.
- 6. Although my family likes the pepperoni sometimes I use red bell pepper, or onion, or green bell pepper. Use what your family likes.

HOT CHEESE & PEPPERONI DIP W/ PIZZA DIPPERS
Last football season my daughter asked me to come up w/ a dip that everyone would love, including the children. So, I know the kids love pepperoni pizza, as do most adults and decided to make a kind of " pizza dip." I figured for the bread or crackers to be dippers, why didn't I just make little pizza dippers? So, that's what I did. I made 2, 1 for the adults, which I added red pepper flakes and 1 w/out the flakes for the kids. I'll have a picture soon.

- Heat oven to 425. In medium bowl, stir together parmesan cheese, italian herbs and garlic powder. Roll out 1 can pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Cut into 18 squares.Cut each square in 1/2 to form 2 triangles.
- Place triangles on lightly sprayed, ( w/ cooking spray,) baking sheet.Brush w/ olive oil. Sprinkle w/ parmesan-herb mix. repeat w/ 2nd can of pizza dough. bake about 10 mins or until golden brown. Remove to a rack to cool.
- In lg bowl, beat on low, cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, basil, garlic and red pepper flakes until smooth.Stir in pizza sauce and then pepperoni, shredded italian cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, green pepper and scallions. Lightly spray a 2-quart oven proof casserole dish. Spoon mix into casserole dish and bake for 15 mins or until bubbly. remove from oven and sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake additional 5 mins. Serve w/ pizza dippers and a lot of napkins!
SUPER BOWL HOT PIZZA DIP
I made this dip earlier this week and ever since then I've seen it all over the food blogs. But in case you haven't seen it out there, this dip tastes just like pizza without the crust. I saw it on Allrecipes.com and reviewers said that it really needs to be made a day ahead of time so that all of the flavors meld together. I agree. It was great the first day and even better the second. I added some garlic powder and red pepper because to me pizza is not complete without both. I know I've ben on a pizza kick lately but it's such a crowd pleaser so why not? Super Bowl baby!

- NOTE: You can either cook this in the microwave or oven. If you wish to cook it in the oven, preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, oregano, parsley, basil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

I have only made this one time. I am a Pampered Chef consultant and so I tend to make a lot of PC recipes for parties and things like that. I found this in one of my cookbooks, made it and it was a hit. We ran out and people were still wanting more, so I plan to start making this for all get-togethers.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- You will only need a small baking dish (less than 8x8 square) if you do not double this recipe.
- If the recipe is doubled, an 8x8 dish or 9x9 will work just fine.
- I use the Small Oval Baker from Pampered Chef, as this recipe was made for that particular pan, but any pan can be used.
- To soften cream cheese, place in microwave safe dish and heat for 45 seconds.
- Check and heat again if it is not soft enough to mix.
- In a small bowl combine the italian seasoning and cream cheese and spead onto the bottom of baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese and the mozarella.
- Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese mixture over the cream cheese.
- Top with the pizza sauce making sure that you spread it evenly over the cheese layers.
- Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese mixture over the pizza sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top is bubbly-top with green onions.
