STARBUCKS CINNAMON DOLCE LATTE
You can make Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte at home with this easy copycat recipe.

Steps:
- Place the water, white granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks into a medium size saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer. Simmer for 25 minutes.
- Remove cinnamon sticks.
- Cool the syrup for 30 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Transfer syrup to a jar or a bottle.
- Place cinnamon syrup in the cup.
- Pour espresso into the cup.
- Add steamed and frothed milk on top of the espresso.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon.

Similar to a recipe from Aldi's, you can also serve this as a cold or warm coffee. DH doesn't like iced coffees, so now we can both enjoy the cinnamon bun flavor! PS A shot of Kahlua doesn't hurt...

Steps:
- 1. For cold brew coffee, put water, grounds and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in covered pitcher overnight. Next morning, pour through a fine strainer to remove coffee grounds.
- 2. In a glass mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of the cream until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir to combine. Reserve cinnamon whipped cream in refrigerator.
- 3. Stir together the remaining 1/3 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar in a small mixing bowl - don't whip!
- 4. Use a carafe or directly in individual ice-filled glasses, pour in cream and powdered sugar mixture and chilled coffee. Garnish with cinnamon whipped cream and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
- 5. For warm coffee: Just brew the coffee right before you serve it, then pour in the flavored cream and add whipped cream topping.
