CHEESY HOT CRAB DIP
This Cheesy Hot Crab Dip is the ultimate party snack! Lump crab meat is baked into this luxurious dip with cream cheese, sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese and few dashes of hot sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl and stir until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and stir again until well combined. Transfer to a small baking dish and transfer to oven.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or tortilla chips.
- Add the ingredients to a small (3- to 4-quart) slow cooker, stir to combine, and set it on LOW for 2 hours. It needs to cook until the cream cheese melts completely. Stir the dip and then let it cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
- It should keep well for up to an hour on the KEEP WARM or LOW setting. Be sure to stir it occasionally to prevent it from burning or separating.

DILLY RYE BOAT DIP

- Using a bread knife, remove the 'crown' of the bread. Hollow out the inside of the loaf, and cut into bite size cubes for dipping.
- In a medium bowl, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, chipped beef, Beau Monde seasoning, celery salt, and dill weed. Mix thoroughly, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Spoon the chilled dip into the hollow bread loaf, and serve with cubed bread for dipping.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, horseradish, crab meat, and celery salt. Mix until creamy. Spread mixture into an 8 x 12 inch baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. Meanwhile, cut a circle out of the top of the bread and scoop out the inside. Tear the inside into pieces for dipping. Remove the mixture from the oven and spoon into hollowed bread. Cover the op with the shredded cheese and more seasoning. Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted. - 1. Cut the chopped, smoked and pressed beef into approximately 3/4 inch pieces.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together. Best to mix a day ahead of time.
- 3. Cut out center of (unsliced) round loaf of rye (or other favorite bread), saving the cut out. Cut extra bread and cut out into large bite size pieces.
- 4. Place dip mixture into "rye boat".
- 5. Place cut or pulled pieces of breads and place around the boat.
- 6. Scoop up the dip with the bread pieces and enjoy!
