1 1/2 c instant iced tea mix
1 1/2 c Tang
2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Steps:

  • 1. Gather all ingredients.
  • 2. Pour ingredients into a large bowl.
  • 3. Mix well.
  • 4. Measure out 2 tablespoons per cup of hot water for tea and enjoy.
  • 5. This can be divided into pretty jars and given out as gifts.

Yield 9 servings (2-1/4 quarts).

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/3 cup minced fresh gingerroot
2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches), crushed
8 cups pomegranate juice
2 cups water
12 individual Raspberry Zinger tea bags
1/3 cup honey
Optional: Pomegranate seeds and orange wedges

Steps:

  • Place ginger and cinnamon sticks on a double thickness of cheesecloth. Bring up corners of cloth; tie with a string to form a bag. Set aside., Place juice and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add tea bags and spice bag; cover and steep for 8 minutes. Discard tea bags and spice bag; stir in honey. Serve warm. If desired, serve with pomegranate seeds, orange wedges and additional cinnamon sticks.

1 1/3 cups water
6 black tea bags
1 cinnamon stick (broken)
3 whole cloves
1/3 cup sugar or 1/3 cup Splenda granular
1 1/3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup Burgundy wine
pears, slices or apple, slices studded with cloves as garnish
clove

Steps:

  • In saucepan, bring water to boil. Add tea and spices, cover, and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags.
  • Stir in sugar, cranberry juice, and wine.
  • Return to medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is heated through.
  • Serve in cups with fruit slices as garnish.
