QUICK HORSERADISH AIOLI
This cheater aioli is made with mayonnaise but tastes like it was made completely from scratch. It's fantastic served on a roast beef sandwich, on a burger, alongside prime rib, or with salmon cakes. This recipe can easily be doubled. Use a good quality mayo for best results.

CREAMY HORSERADISH GARLIC SPREAD
I came up with this spread after trying a version of it on a French dip sandwich at a local restaurant in Ann Arbor. It has just enough bite and goes really well with meats as well as crackers. The longer you let it sit before eating, the better it gets!

HORSERADISH MAYONNAISE
OK, I know that nutritionally, mayonnaise isn't good for me, but I love it! Especially flavored mayonnaises (recipe#311769, recipe#309836, recipe#257925). This one from Southern Living is good on grilled burgers or roast beef sandwiches.

HORSERADISH MAYONNAISE
Steps:
- Use a vegetable peeler or a knife to peel the surface skin off of the horseradish. Using a microplane grater, grate up about 4 hefty tablespoons of the stuff. Add to your mayonnaise and add the lemon juice, hot sauce, salt and prepared horseradish. Cover, and let rest in the refrigerator until ready to use.
