Ingredients

2 pounds Idaho or Yukon gold potatoes, unpeeled
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup whole milk
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, plus fresh dill fronds, for serving
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

Steps:

Put the potatoes in a medium pot, cover with cold water and add 2 tablespoons salt. Bring just to a simmer and simmer the potatoes, uncovered, until tender, about 45 minutes. Drain.
Peel the potatoes and return them to the pot (if desired, pass them through a ricer or food mill after peeling). Mash the potatoes with the milk and butter using a fork or potato masher. Stir in the dill, horseradish and 2 teaspoons salt; season with pepper. Sprinkle with fresh dill fronds.

1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 1/3 cups Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce

Steps:

Heat water, milk, butter, salt and dill weed to boiling in 2-quart saucepan; remove from heat.
Stir in potatoes and horseradish sauce just until moistened. Let stand uncovered about 30 seconds or until liquid is absorbed. Whip with fork until as fluffy as you'd like.
