1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Salt and ground black pepper
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch wide strips
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup sour cream, regular or low-fat
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and black pepper. Add chicken to flour mixture and turn to coat. Place milk in a separate shallow dish. In a third shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, combine parmesan, oats, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Dip chicken into flour and turn to coat. Dip flour-coated chicken into milk and then transfer chicken to oat mixture. Turn to coat chicken (or shake bag) until well covered with oat mixture. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet and spray the surface with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes, until crust is golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
  • To make dip, in a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, Dijon mustard and honey.
  • Serve chicken with dip on the side.

20 miniature hot dogs
1 large egg
2 teaspoons water
Dijon mustard
DIP:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Dash hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Separate crescent roll dough into 2 rectangles; seal seams and perforations. Cut each rectangle horizontally into 10 strips. Wrap 1 strip around each hot dog., Place 1 in. apart on an ungreased baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk egg and water; brush over tops. Bake at 375° until golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Using mustard, add eyes. In a small bowl, combine the dip ingredients; serve with mummies.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
½ teaspoon finely minced lemon zest
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
2 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups bran cereal (such as Fiber One®)
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons dried parsley
cooking spray
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Combine yogurt, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, paprika, and salt together in a large resealable plastic bag. Stir to combine and add chicken strips. Seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  • Pour bran cereal into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade; process until cereal resembles powder. Pour into a shallow dish and add Parmesan cheese and parsley; stir breading mixture to combine.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • Remove chicken strips from marinade one at at time and place into the bowl with the breading mixture. Gently spoon breading over chicken to coat all sides. Place breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
  • While chicken bakes, combine yogurt, mustard, honey, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Serve dipping sauce alongside baked chicken.

3.5 oz plain salted hard pretzel crushed (coarse or fine)
1 pound(s) uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
5 spray(s) cooking spray
2 Tbsp honey mustard
1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp water warm

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Place a wire rack over a baking sheet; lightly coat rack with cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small shallow bowl. Beat egg in a second shallow bowl. Place crushed pretzels in a third shallow bowl. 1/4 c creamy dijon mustard, i prefer grey poupon
1 Tbsp fresh clover honey
1 Tbsp dill pickle juice
salt, kosher variety, to taste

12 fresh button mushrooms

  • Kabobs: While coals or gas grill is heating, soak 12 (6-inch) wooden skewers in water 30 minutes. Cut all veggies into threadable pieces (about 1 inch), and place in bowl; toss with dressing. Thread alternate veggies on skewers. Cover and grill 4-6 inches from medium heat 8-10 minutes, turning once, until veggies are tender. Serve with Honey Mustard Dip. Honey Mustard Dip: Mix all ingredients in small bowl with spoon. Fun Fact: Kabobs do best when meat and veggies are cut uniformly in size. Leave a little space between them when threading for more even cooking. And do offer a fork and/or knife for easy removal onto plates.
